Hi, I'm Chris. I spent nearly twenty years at HP and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, leading transformations, building UX-led products, and leading all kinds of teams.

The part of that work I loved most was helping people find their footing when the ground moved under them. So that's what I do now.

Through Always with Intent, I coach mid-career leaders who are good at their jobs and quietly wondering how they want the rest of their career to go. I also write about work, meaning, and finishing well on Substack.

When I'm not working, I'm usually outside. Some of my best thinking happens on a trail.
